We can serve up to 4 passengers and up to 6 hold luggage as the car will be a saloon Mercedes E Class. While we mainly operate our own vehicle, we occasionally partner with trusted third-party providers providing up to 8 passengers and 8.
Waiting Policy
Complimentary 1-hour waiting time, extended to 90 minutes at airports. Additional hours are billed at £20/hour.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend passengers secure adequate travel insurance before their trip.
Travel Timing
Always allow ample time to reach your destination. For airport trips, follow your airline’s check-in guidelines.
Liabilities
- We aren’t liable for missed flights due to unforeseen events like traffic, accidents, or extreme weather. However, we’ll assist in providing the necessary evidence for insurance claims.
- Costs incurred by passengers who choose not to wait for their assigned driver and opt for alternative transport aren’t our responsibility.
- Ensure your passenger and luggage count fit within the capacity of your booked vehicle. For doubts, reach out ahead of time.

- For return pickups to the UK, inform us of your arrival details: flight number, time, and date. Note: Provide your UK arrival details, not your departure info.
- We’ll share the contact of the assigned driver. Alert them directly about any flight time changes.
